How to reset your earbuds to revocer to factory reset?

1. Disconnect the Bluetooth between the devices and your earbuds
2. Place both Earbuds in your charging case. Close the lid, open the case and long press the resetting button in the case for10s, after the left light flashing for 10 times , resetting is finished, and you can close the lid.
3. After 3s, take out your earbuds and the pairing window with "COUMI TWS-834A" will pop up.

Notes: Please CLOSE the lid after you place the earbuds back to the case,or the bluetooth may not disconnect.

Tips: Before above steps, please check the microphone and speaker meshes on each earphones. If you see any debris, clean your Earbuds and see if that fixes the issue. If you still need help, please feel free to contact COUMI Support.
