What To Do If Your Left Or Right Earbuds Won'T Work？

If either one of your earbud is unresponsive or can not pair or connect successfully, please try the following Factory Reset Steps:

1. On your iOS/Android device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.

2. Tap the "i" icon info icon next to your the model "COUMI ANC-860" .

3. Tap Forget This Device, then tap to confirm.

4. Place both Earbuds in your charging case. Close the lid, wait for 5 minutes, then open it.

5. Long-press both earbuds for 10 seconds, when Earbuds' LED turn Red and flash 3 times, resetting is finished.

6. Reconnect your ANC-860 earbuds by placing them close to your device and opening the lid. Test both Earbuds.

Answer:Yes,I received the phone calls it souds very clear.

 

Question:will it connect with any device through bluetooth?

Answer:I've connected to my Samsung phone, my laptop, and my kindle with no problems. Once they have set up to them just taking them out of the case turns them on and connects them. I have not had any problems with connection.

 

Question:Do these support multipoint connectivity?

Answer:The buds can be connected to 2 devices that are far more than 32ft in different space. That means you can give one to your dad when he is wedding outside , and take the other yourself in the room.
